What if there is damaged item(s) in the package?
In such a case, please contact us. Depending on your choice, we can either send a replacement item if the item is in stock or issue a refund.
What can I do if my order has not arrived or damaged?
When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email.If you do not receive your order within 7 business days please contact us. You will be contacted within 24 hours either by us or Carrier Company. When it is confirmed that your package is lost, we will either replace it, or, issue a refund to your credit card.
